About our fire door inspection & maintenance

Fire doors only work if they are maintained, and the law expects you to keep them that way. Under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, communal doors in residential buildings over 11 metres need checking every three months, and flat entrance doors every twelve. Everywhere else, the Fire Safety Order still puts the duty on the responsible person.

We inspect, repair and write it all down, so you know where you stand and you have the paperwork if anyone ever asks for it.
